02/06/19: We LOVE an event, especially if there’s booze involved. We especially love a fashion/consumerism-orientated event – the result of watching too much Sex & The City back in the day. GEAR in Old Street celebrated a brand union on Sunday with lots of beer and bubbly, welcoming fetish connoisseurs Monkey Sergeant into their leathery folds. There were loads of gorge guys there in full get-up; it was a VERY warm day as well. Wearing full leather in 25 degree heat certainly qualifies as commitment to an aesthetic. It was a fab afternoon, nice one boys!
