29/06/13: The events of Saturday gone need no introduction it would seem, with every gay man and his brother-from-another-mother turning out to celebrate Pride in the Big Smoke!
Amidst a slew of epic after parties was the un-shakeable Gutterslut, one of the most formidable, longstanding nights under the scene’s Eastern star! Needless to say, a host of proud you-know-whats made their hasty advance upon East Bloc at sundown for a delicious, unashamed night of bass-chasing debauchery!
As resident DJ Nic Fisher was de-camped to entertain Glastonbury revellers, the remaining members of the trinity – Per QX and Miss Crystal MC – stayed on the front line where the force was fully with them in the form of guests D’Johnny, Sharooz, Kate Hutchinson, Jeffery Hinton and Johnny Kalifornia!
Naturally, from 11 to 6am, the ‘Rave’ and ‘Discoslut’ rooms were rampant with the motion capable of being maintained only by Electro beats, Vogue tracks and the most feral of 80s, 90s and R&B mixes!
For sheer atmosphere and an excuse to get wild, Gutterslut’s ‘board of directors’ can certainly take a bow!
