Access to Sweatbox events are included in your gay gym and sauna membership

Monday: Hard Up

We are proudly the originators as the first gay London sauna to welcome ages 25 and under for free (must be over 18).

Tuesday: Zero for Hero

We are welcoming our NHS heroes to relax in our 30 capacity jacuzzi and access to all other spa facilities for free. We are exclusively the first gay-owned company to be listed as a provider to our well deserved vital workers.

Wednesday: Mid Week Foam Parties

We started with one; you asked for another, so we now have two foam parties. We hear you screaming, and a third is in the works for 2022.

Thursday: Hard Up

In case we get to total capacity on Monday’s we repeat on Thursdays. We are proudly the originators as the first gay London sauna to welcome ages 25 and under for free (must be over 18).

Friday

Is anyone at work? The weekends begin earlier and earlier.

Saturday

With 21 gay bars all within a few minutes walk away and Uber’s programming Sweatbox as a starred destination – if you’re not sweating, you’re at the wrong address.

Sunday: Naked Workout

Their handpicked hosts, Gabriel, Jez and Oz will make you feel welcomed during your workout session. Participants in the Sweatbox Naked workout experience a unique sense of freedom while working out. Sweatbox always aims to uphold safer spaces where our community can take a collective journey through any fear towards self-discovery, compassion, and empowerment. Sweatbox accepts all. Join them and get buff in the buff.
