10/05/14: QX gatecrashed the Meth Lab Eurovision madness as Drag Queens of London stars, Meth and her Familyyy Fierce Collective, stormed the Black Cap for a Rehab: Eurovision Party spectacular last weekend.
Featuring all the thrills and spills of the world’s wackiest pan-continental song contest screening live and direct, a crowd of trash-pop lovers rocked the block for a marathon bash that had the legendary landmark heaving into the night.
Come the final ‘douze points’ moments and Camden High Street was in drag heaven as Austria’s David Lynchian ‘lady with a beard’, Conchita Wurst, snatched victory from The Netherlands and Sweden in a trans-triumph to rival Israeli winner Dana International’s 1998 steal.
Meanwhile, there were shemale shenanigans galore as Meth and her crew kicked off a supercharged show with a lip-synching romp through ‘Waterloo’ getting Euro fans bustin’ Abba moves on the floor.
Moving on and beautiful buxom Lilly Snatchdragon titillated with a sexy striptease that almost had us turning lesbian, whilst Lady Tena busted out of her bondage gear for a startling rendition of ‘Please Release Me’.
As if that wasn’t enough to keep us spinning under the chandeliers into the small hours there was more to come from the likes of Bourgeoisie, Ruby Wednesday, Miss Cairo et al as the antics continued ‘til late!
