13/08/11: Whilst preparation for Brighton Pride was beginning from Monday (in my household anyhow) and lasted through ‘til Saturday, with its Pool Party brother wowing the southerners in Brighton, the less fortunate people that could not make it were treated to its Original Edition. With a mammoth 12 hour party from midnight to midday the elite of DJs, including JC Christopher, Paul Heron, D’Johnny, Jamie Head, Steve Pitron, the Sharp Boys and so many guests, spread themselves through the three-roomed afterhours heaven with a collection of energised progressive vocal house, chunky beats with some electro and tribal influences thrown in for a wicked beat throughout.
A massive thank you to Elektra Paris, Shaun Capewell, after darting from Brighton to London to give both areas of gay clubland their spectacular shows.
