XXL ‘RETROSPECTIVE’
Posted on May 2, 2012
28/04/12: Not that we are shallow, cock-hungry size queens, but any advert that says, ‘who wants 7” when you can play on 12”?’ is sure to grab our attention with both hands, and so on Saturday night we found ourselves trolling the mammoth arches of Pulse for ‘XXL Retrospective’ as they ‘pumped it out old skool’!
David Guetta and Nicki Minaj’s ‘Turn Me On’ was mashed up with Hadley’s ‘Addicted’ and Madonna’s ‘Vogue’, Zoë Badwi’s ‘Release Me’ was fused with the Hoxton Whores ‘Fusion’, and Rihanna’s ‘Only Girl In The World’ moved seamlessly into a Freemasons take on Katy Perry.
As always as at XXL it was all about the music and the dancing, no stress, no hassle, no attitude, just muscle bears and hot guys shirtless and grinding… we refer you back to our earlier 12” comment and without going into details, they delivered big time! Nuff said.
Check out more photos from this event and plan your next night out with the ‘QX Gay London’ iPhone app. FREE from the iTunes app store.
