SHOW MUST GO ON

06/05/12: After the sad and untimely death of Steve Elliott in March, his partner Ian, friends and colleagues gathered together to organise an amazing memorial party in the venue he called home, Café de Paris, on Bank Holiday Sunday.

The Show Must Go On was a visual and aural rollercoaster that included moving video messages, speeches and memories from a whole host of people that knew and loved Steve. DJs including Per QX, Luke Hope, Oliver M and others all gave their time for free, as did performers Shena (‘The Weekend’), Tonnic, Peyton and a coterie of hot gogos.

The crowd that turned up were veterans of Steve’s clubs and knew of his professionalism and massive contribution to the global club scene. A brilliant party and a fitting way to say goodbye to a great man, a great promoter and a true showman.
