Hoist Black is all about the fetish and the hot men that enjoy dressing up in leather or rubber or both. It is the strictest dress code on the planet and that is part of the appeal for many guys. You need to wear leather or rubber in order to get in. And our door master Hoirst from Berlin is very strict with that. It’s quite amazing to see the club packed with wall-to-wall guys in their shiny sexy gear. Makes me hard just thinking about it.
The night has moved to a Friday from Saturday. Why is it a better day for the event?
A lot of guys have asked for a big fetish Friday night party. They wanna go dancing on Saturdays, but they still wanna have a sexy, fetishy and macho night out so we thought okay, let’s do Hoist Black on a Friday. Since it is a Friday Hoist Black will take part in the big original Hoist arch and after midnight, when the club is packed, we will also open the Bar Berlin side next door for some extra naughty delights. So it’s the biggest men-only fetish party on the planet. Period!
You are co-hosting Hoist Black with RoB London.
That’s right. We are very proud and happy to work together with our friends at RoB London. RoB is simply the bee’s knees when it comes to quality fetish gear for men. Their shop in the West End is something very special, and since Paul has taken the management of that fetish heaven over it looks better and sexier than ever. So the combination of a high-end brand like RoB and the world’s best gay fetish club, The Hoist is a clear winner.
What else is on at The Hoist?
On Saturdays we now have the mega-cool SBN Afterdark party every week. That has been a huge success and builds on the our mega cool Sunday afternoon SBN’s. Over the New Year, we will have two SBN Special parties with live shows and lots of surprise guests. Some of them very naughty and for the first time ever in the UK. Plus, we are already working on the biggest night of the year: Mister Hoist 2013 at the end of January. It’s the Oscars of the fetish world. Let’s kick some ass, I say!
