The Old Ship is a proper East End boozer, a gorgeously independent watering hole featuring a huge selection of real ale, wine and beer. There are fresh-filled rolls daily, so you have something to nibble on with your pint, plus regular LGBT+ cabaret.

During March, The Old Ship will be rammed with cabaret talent on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Cabaret stars taking to the stage include Dame Julie Paid, Son of A Tutu. Saffron Slayter, Lola Lasagne, Sandra, Miss Courtney, Mrs Moore, Karine McCock, Tiffany Wells, Ruby Violet. Marsha Mallow and Drag With No Name.

There’s also a fab quiz to keep you entertained every Wednesday from 8:30pm. Events are overseen by the Old Ship’s friendly landlord and lovely host, John Fell.

The Old Ship, 17 Barnes Street, London E14 7NW, United Kingdom.
